Notice of Property Appraisals
The Wood County Appraisal District will be conducting annual property appraisals throughout December through February. During this time, our appraisers may be seen throughout the county inspecting and reviewing properties as part of our routine appraisal process.
Please note that Wood County Appraisal District does not use drones for property inspections. However, aerial photography flights may be conducted periodically during this timeframe by a contracted aerial imaging provider. These flights are used to obtain updated aerial imagery of properties and are a standard part of the appraisal process.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain accurate and equitable property records for all Wood County taxpayers.
